Jack the Dipper is an old fashioned ice cream parlor with a few new twists.
Something smells wonderful at Jack the Dipper. It could be fresh brownies, or cookies in the oven, but odds are somebody just got a hot fresh waffle cone or waffle bowl! We bake them fresh while we are dipping your ice cream, and roll them by hand.
